Description
Your role is in fostering a positive learning environment and facilitating the educational journey of students. By collaborating with the teaching team, providing classroom assistance, you directly contribute to improving the learning experiences of ESOL (English for Speakers of Other Languages) and Literacy students.
Main Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with the teaching team to assist in ESOL and Literacy classes, ensuring smooth running of lesson plans.
• Provide classroom support, identify students who may need extra help and offer assistance accordingly. Communicative effectively with the teacher to ensure a cohesive and supportive learning environment.
• Reinforce positive behaviour, acknowledge and praise positive behaviour, provide recognition, to motivate students.
